The "No Late Work" policy both helps and harms the students of Carolina High School. It helps by teaching them the importance of time management and deadlines. However, it harms them by increasing the stress level and harming their grades. For example, what if the tablets that they are using have technical difficulties? If the Freshman class is to have a 100% graduation, then how are they supposed to graduate when they cannot turn in work completed?
