Currently staff parking is increasing at a higher rate than my annual salary increase so each year I am earning less. Unebelievable.

I feel we shouldn't have to pay at all to come to work for the government! We already pay ridiculous amounts out of our salary, to support those who do not go to work! Where is the incentive to the hard workers?

i am strongly oppossed to derriford parking charges being increased, i feel it is very unfair to even pay in the first place.

They save lives. They shouldn't have to pay for parking in the first place.

I cover 3 sites for the trust and live a long distance to commute.
If they penalise me for living in the middle of my patch I will move into Plymouth use public transport to get to work and then bill the trust time and expenses for going to peripheral commitments.

Wouldn't be so bad if there were other convenient ways to get to Derriford for some people.

Insulting! Why are staff paying for the building of public car parks? Because we have NO CHOICE and NO VOICE!

This means my daughter is taking a pay cut of £50 per month. Without the staff the hospital could not operate, why can't we follow Wales and Scotland and not charge for parking at all.

to increase parking by 40% when the staff are reduced if no pay rise is appauling and thoughtless of the company and lacks moral fibre of the trust to defend its staff on the pay cut

It's disgusting, where would we be without the medical profession? More charges less staff, where does it go from here.

Dreadful service provided by parking firm; barriers not working at times; poor maintenance of top up machines. Ethically and morally disgraceful of the Trust to penalise dedicated professionals who give many unpaid hours of care to their patients on a daily basis. SHAME on you Trust management.

Disappointed that the Trust feels it necessary to increase the parking charges which are already high compared to other Trusts. There must be other ways to create revenue or tier the charges depending on the staffs income - these charges penalise lower paid workers

That is terrible to increase the parking another £1.00 a day some people can hardly afford it now especially student nurses-let alone with the extra --especially full time how can they think its not going to affect people worse for the full timersndisgusting.

Increasing charges with no increasing quality of service eg tailbacks at barriers with little responses/ lack of spaces if arriving for an afternoon shift or clinic and finally THEN. over zealous ticketing on link road, for I can only imagine profit generation.
