I live 20 miles from the hospital and have no choice but to drive. I work part-time and pay £ a day to park, 20 miles worth of fuel and Tamar Bridge cost for crossing. Esentially, I pay nearly £10 just for the privilege of coming to work

Disgaceful way to treat loyal staff, it's time all goodwill & overtime was withdrawn by staf,f many of whom have not received a pay rise for many years. Can't wait to retire in 3 months time & get out of this terminally sick organisation.

I have worked for the NHS for over 30 years now and I have never been so worse off. People think as a Senior member of staff Ican afford the rise but I live on my own and my wage is the only wage coming into my household. With no pay rise in years and at the top of my increament, the increase in bills and utilitiy charges is really starting to hit hard. I am really worried about how I am going to afford to come to work each week

Just another hit in the pocket for an already put upon workforce.

I work anti social house from a rural home off the public transport system. The introduction price was 20pence per day in 1997-a 1500% rise in costs

In face of a pay freeze and increasing registration and insurance fees this is just another hit for NHS staff.

This is disgusting. Amazing how this government can let big companies off paying their taxes, and pay millions of pounds for a useless nuclear weapon and etc.etc. However when it icomes to supporting and properly funding our public services we are led to believe that austerity is needed. What hypocracy and lies this government indulges in. I wish people would wake up to the meanness of our current goverment and the establishment behind it. There are now 13 European countries ahead of us who support their NHS and so their workers better than the UK. Support our NHS staff against parking increases.

The parking is already too high for me to park on site. Another increase will put this even further out of reach. There are limited alternatives for people who cannot afford this.

Yet another blow below the belt. No buses to get you here for shifts so have no choice but to drive.

Yet again you hit the staff in the pocket. We are one of the most expensive trusts for parking charges, enough said

If Indigo followed suit and increased the price to park in the gravel pit, that would cause chaos. As it is, there's little eveidenmce that the money paid to park there is reinvested in the facility. Private profits again. I do not believe the Trust has made enough effort to resolve the issue of parking caused by the closure of the old Park & Ride. It appears there has been mismanagement of assets, particularly how the NWQ was bought and sold and rented back, in the past which has led to the situation we're now in. Staff do not feel valued. No amount of Celebration Awards can change that.
