There should be NO new commercial businesses on Old Spicewood Springs Road. The cut-through traffic is already having an impact on wildlife!

Spicewood Sorings road is an oasis in Austin. It is a little piece of the country in the middle of our city. PLEASE don't change it!!

The Bull Creek park is a local gem that is small and cannot sustain large scale environmental abuse by building a hotel in the middle of it. The large number of visitors resulting from this coming from other places that have no vested interest in preserving the delicate nature of this park and it's indigenous animal and plant species. We cannot allow such a development that will result in an utter disregard for the environment of this delicate ecosystem. Not to mentioned the strained infrastructure that already is having trouble supporting the growing population and traffic congestion in this area. Please stop the construction of this large property and save Bull Creek for all to enjoy responsibly.

The developer says he remembers enjoying this area as a boy. Well, if that's the case, he should have more respect and help minimize development.

The traffic and environmental impacts of this development would be a huge detriment to our neighborhood.

Very inappropriate place! A good friend of ours was injured in a bad one-car accident on SSpr Road. A neighbor there said it happens almost daily!

Just because there is space to build something does NOT mean something should be built there. Leave it as it is, please.

Please do not allow this beautiful area to be destroyed! All of Austin is being ruined by development. This is a residential area - large commercial developments should not be allowed.

This absolutely cannot happen. This will pollute Bull Creek and open up the preserve to further commercialization. NO NO NO

We must protect the country land, and save the habitat of so many plants and animals.

Resident of the neighborhoods by upper bull creek since 1976. 11-stories on this road is irresponsible.

The beauty of this area is partly due to the fact that it has remained relatively undeveloped. It's important to keep it that way, and to not exacerbate the already heavy traffic conditions that occur during peak commute hours.
