A multi-story hotel is not a good use for this property or this neighborhood.

This hotel would cause so many adverse effect, traffic, flooding (already a flood prone area,) a loss of the wildlife (animals) in the area, light pollution, and a lower standard of living for the residence of this area.

There is too much traffic on the small, two lane road already. 10720 Bay Laurel Trail Austin, TX 78750

Please do not allow this to happen. Traffic is already terrible several times a day, and this will make it worse. When the creeks flood, the guests at the hotel will have to wander through our neighborhoods to get to 183. Our neighbors have given so many good reasons to NOT have this built. The city council need to listen to the people who live here in this neighborhood.

Dear Representative(s): My neighbors have enumerated the reasons to prevent this hotel from being built. Please do the right thing. Thanks.

The idea is simply ridiculous! Anyone who has seen this beautiful area would agree that a 11 story hotel is not what this area needs next to the creek! Ludicrous! Look at the area and you cannot tell me" yeah, this would be perfect for a huge hotel!" Said no one ever!!!!! Stop the hotel please and leave some precious green space that has been there forever! The most stupid and greedy place to put such a structure! Really?!?!

Do not build a Hotel near Bull Creek - this will likely damage this precious ecosystem. There is other places to put a hotel. C'mon man !!

This hotel will increase traffic on already very busy two lane road with no shoulders. I do not believe the developer when he says there will not be traffic during rush hours, how does he know when hotel guest would arrive?? Additionally, this road is busy all times of the day as people use this road as a cutoff to go north to Cedar Park. I have been driving this road for 28+ years and I leave off of Old Spicewood Springs road

With the traffic already at overload on old spice wood springs road, this is an insane thing for the city to allow. At the very least, the developer should have to improve the infrastructure at his OWN cost, because if you let him build this thing, we will all be paying for his privilege to take greater advantage of the existing infrastructure than the rest of the thousand of us along that road.

This road and area is already overused by cars and bikers which makes it very unsafe at certain times of the day.
