No more big project, not safe for current traffic and nature.

The extremely heavy traffic during rush hour is currently untenable. Adding more traffic due to hotel construction, employees, guests, delivery trucks, etc. will be a tipping point to congestion the area cannot sustain.

I am very opposed to this totally unneeded hotel, which will only bring further traffic congestion to the already narrow & winding street and the jammed 360 intersection. While I do believe in private property rights, clearly the greater good must prevail.

Please stop this hotel in our neighborhood the environmental and traffic impact will only add to an already overcrowded situation.

I am opposed to the Spicewood Springs Rd. Hotel. It will be a danger to the environment and safety of the area which is already under stress. The traffic for this road is ever increasing, along with bicycles. 9615 Grand Oak Drive Austin, TX 78750

Resident of the area. No development on this fragile land.

This lovely, winding road can be dangerous and would become mores with hotel traffic. Horrible idea.

A hotel in this fragile, beautiful area is just a terrible idea. Please oppose this.

Trucks coming down Spicewood Springs will surely tear up the road.

This property should not be developed; traffic issues will be horrendous. Don't we have any consideration for the natural beauty we have not yet developed/paved?

Let's choose natural beauty over corporations.

Look at the traffic now, I can only cry thinking what it will look like if they build this monster..... and if the creek floods, which it does, ALL their traffic will be through Yaupon ! and by an elementary school . NO HOTEL.

This is harmful to the fragile environment of Bull Creek, will contribute to significant traffic problems that impact our city, and negatively impacts all the things that make Austin special

We've enjoyed this little piece of paradise since moving to Austin in 2002. It deserves to be left undisturbed.
