No hotel!

This is an area that needs to be protected as its part of a nature preserve and should not be polluted and made too busy. Besides the roads are narrow and the traffic congestion will be bad. Please stop development there!

Please don't build here! Terrible for the environment and traffic. This is a quiet place for nature, not meant for commercialization - just wrong!

There is no shortage of places on AUSTIN to build hotel. This area is environmentally too sensitive and serene to allow building a hotel - so close to a Federal preserve as well!

Please stop the hotel on spicewood springs we have a lot of traffic issues already. This is a watershead area and a flood area, we have lots of wild life this will destroy part of there habitat.

A hotel in the midst of a greenbelt is a terrible idea. The road already gets very congested during rush hour. The proposed development will bring in more unwanted traffic. My vote is for "no hotel ".

I agree the proposed location does not meet the needs of our community.

Commercial development in a serene peaceful green belt Community that only has infrastructure to cater to a neighborhood and not commercial hotel development must not be allowed

this is basically in the middle of our neighborhood with a middle school right across the street. There are plenty of hotels a few blocks down (where they should be) on 183!!!.

No hotel! Spice wood Springs road needs upgrades as is. The proposed development of a hotel will bring way too much traffic. Major flood zone.

Totally against building of hotel in residential community. It will increase traffic congestion plus will be harder to get out in case of fire etc

I encourage the city to annex the property at 6315 Spicewood Springs Road. I also encourage the county to postpone any commercial development of this property until a proper traffic study can be performed, as well as a study of the environmental impact of the property since it is in the sensitive Bull Creek area (not to mention it's a substantial flooding area and critical for proper drainage of the area). This is a critical issue that needs immediate attention. I am happy to provide any and all assistance possible related to engineering evaluation of this development.

I support the city's annexation of this land and oppose this commercial development on the environmentally sensitive property. Development of this size is inappropriate for a residential area and for the small road and bridges required to access it.
