No hotel or other business should be built on this environmentally sensitive site. Plus traffic on 2 lane Spicewood Springs cannot handle any more traffic especially that brought by a commercial business such as a hotel. This will create a much higher risk to cyclists and others from with frequent flooding, I foresee loss of life by unknowing guests and employees.

Can't believe it's possiable to put more traffic into this junction - it's bad enough rught now! And it's a fragile ecosystem!

It is hard to see Austin, who used to be known as the city in Texas with the most green space slowly becoming more of a concrete city. We have to draw the line. The environmental impact of this development not only needs to be studied and researched, the potential financial impact has to be addressed. I urge all our council members and city leaders to please consider this annexation immediately.

No hotel or business enterprise at the intersection of Spicewood Springs and Yaupon Dr. for the following reasons:
1) This is a residential area
2) This is an environmentally sensitive area adjacent to Bull Creek
3) The intersecting streets (Spicewood Springs and Yaupon Dr) cannot support the vehicular traffic.
This proposed development will have a significant adverse impact on the residents of this area. Please STOP!!!!!

Please don't let this fall through the cracks! An 11 story hotel on the environmentally sensitive land that is already impacted negatively by traffic on a county maintained road!

Thanks for the "heads up". Who approved the hotel so far? How can a hotel not despoil Bull Creek?

I join with neighbors in our Great Hills community in standing against this development due to potential environmental harm and further complicating already limited traffic
access to our residential neighborhood. Respectfully,
Gary Morgan.
