This area is one of the last places in Austin you can go and enjoy trails, nature, Bull creek. To develop this area would be a huge mistake. We need to say NO to this proposal to build a hotel in this area. Austin has enough hotels. This is unnecessary and will destroy this area. It needs to be preserved for our children and grand children. NO NEW HOTEL IN THIS AREA. NO NO NO!

This is beyond absurd and impractical. That is on a narrow dangerous road that does not need any extra added traffic to it. Its on a road untouched by industrialization and it needs to stay that way as I am sure that is the reason most of the surrounding property owners moved there in the first place.

This planned hotel affects the entire Bull Creek water shed negatively. Where are the environmental activists? NO DEVELOPMENT ALONG OLD SPICEWOOD SPRINGS ROAD which is the last truly natural area of Austin. Our neighborhood is just up the road but we got no notice.

Spicewood Springs Rd cannot handle the current level of traffic. Every time it rains the low water crossings become impassable. Building a hotel in this area would have a devastating impact on the area.

The area cannot handle more traffic than the middle school already creates. There are plenty of hotels along the 183 corridor already. Leave some green space in Austin!

I know this area is beautiful but the traffic is already bad, bikes continuously use this route making it dangerous for them and for the drivers, not to mention the safety concerns of flood crossings in that area
