Please don't allow a hotel on this road! Please let the City annex the property so that there can be some control over this. The road is very small and cannot support a hotel! The environment there cannot support a hotel and if there is a fire you will lose the valley and the life that is in it. The water will be trashed if you put a hotel there. Residents will not be able to get to their homes w/out driving through the congestion of hotel traffic.

There are several reasons why a hotel in this location is an issue and should not be allowed to build. The environmental reasons, it is in a residential area, traffic and noise for residents.

This area is 1. in a flood zone, 2. On a road that would not support the traffic from a hotel, 3. In a very quite residential neighborhood, and 4. In an environmentally sensitive area. Have there been HONEST environmental impact studies done on this land with this proposed project? Have the developers looked at the traffic patterns in the morning where traffic would be backed up well past the hotel? Clearly the developers are not familiar with the area and are not aware that this property and the surrounding area does not have infrastructure that will support this project.

This is how places begin to lose their value. And, it's also why they finally get zoning laws to prevent this type of inappropriate building. Spicewood Springs Road is nothing more than a paved over wagon trail that is barely wide enough for two wagons to pass safely, let along two cars--forget two F150s. Please don't ruin this area with commercial development.

Old Spicewood Springs Road is already badly congested at rush hour morning and evening. We don't need any more traffic and this is a scenic protected area that does not need any additional development. Keep it green ! No Hotel.

The intersection at Spicewood Springs Road & 360 is already over capacity. It is now difficult to enter the road from my residence on the road. How can anyone approve even more traffic on that road?! Help us prevent this development, please...
