I do my support the building of a hotel at Spicewood Springs and Yaupon. This is a residential area, and the road is too narrow and cannot support the increased traffic.

Spicewood springs road is not able to handle any more traffic than it already does nor can the green belt environmentally support this sort of establishment. This is a quiet residential neighborhood consisting of families and children. We would not like to be subject to an increase in crime, etc brought in by having a hotel in our midst.

This is a residential area with lots of trees, schools, narrow roads with foot traffic (including kids and deer). The hotel construction will negatively impact this community (impacts serenity of the neighborhood and creates lot of traffic that the roads are not currently equipped to handle).

What a disaster idea? There has been multiple criminal incidents, none has been resolved and now Hotel right in the middle of peaceful neighborhood. There is a country school next door, craziest idea to bring unknown people next to kids school. Traffic is already horrible. I believed that this area is a green belt and no chance for commercial investment. What about creek animals? Hotel guy please go somewhere else.

Spicewood Springs Road at Yaupon is extremely narrow and winding. Road is closed when there are rains. If Austin is to be environmentally sensitive, this is not the place for a 11-story hotel as it will be detrimental to the Bullcreek watershed. Please re-think.

This has got to be the most insane idea for the area that I can think of. An extremely narrow winding road with low water crossings does not make any sense to put a highly commercial building to block off a beautiful land scape in a flood zone

There is no road infrastructure to support a hotel. Spicewood springs road is already dangerous and overcrowded. Leave some places in Austin untouched.
