If you live in this area you know a hotel on this site is a TERRIBLE idea, Just a mile or 2 up the road there are at least 5-6 hotel options and the last thing we need is more traffic on 360!!

The Bull Creek watershed is a precious Austin natural site already burdened by too many people and dogs and traffic. This hotel is a bad idea. Keep our water clean and help save the natural environment: No to a mega hotel on this site.

This is not a good idea to increase traffic on 360 and potentially pollute our (creek) water. Develop somewhere else - this is our neighborhood.

This guy cares nothing for our community. He selfishly will destroy one of the most beautiful pieces of Austin - this area is not prepared for that kind of traffic, pollution or activity. The City needs to protect our environment from dbag developers!

Part of the reason why I love Living in this area is b/c I feel so engulfed in nature. I grew up in city, I moved out for a reason, pls leave this area untouched. You don't get back the nature you destroy, no matter how much money you spend on it.

A hotel on Spicewood Springs Rd is not conducive to anyone or anything in the area except the owner of the property. Highway access and traffic on Spicewood will be worse than ever. Plus the waste that will come from a hotel in our greenbelt is sure to hurt the landscape and animals. Please reconsider this building.

Not a good idea. Plenty of commercial land on Research Blvd, put your hotel there. Don't jack-up Bull Creek.

Why one has to disturb residential and beautiful environment? This is residential area with elementary and middle school. Children walk freely on the street, drive bicycles, go home walking from the school, etc. Here are the issues:
1) Unknown people will be driving vehicles
2) Heavy risks to our children
3) The plans could change over a time including ownership and the whole place will become commercial
4) Today it may be lodge and tomorrow it could be something else
5) Extra vehicles, not just hotel folks but taxis, Uber, new parking spots for waiting vehicles, taxis waiting outside, etc.
