Enough is enough. We don't have to go and develop every tiny piece of land in Austin with some new commercial building. Leave some parts of austin the way they are.

Bull creek cannot handle the flood water coming off that property, besides this is not an area of town for an 11 story hotel--put it at the domain.

I strongly oppose this development on Bull Creek. More water pollution, more litter, more traffic is not what is needed along this very sensitive area of Bull Creek and must be stopped.

The proposed development is not compatible with the exiting land use and infrastructure. This project is inappropriate to be placed next to and within a residential area and the roads can not handle the traffic. Old Spicewood Springs Road should not be enlarges, as its a naturally beautiful road and widening it would cause unnecessary harm.

Building a hotel in a flood zone area and on environmentally sensitive land is a horrible idea. Everyone should be protesting this rediculous proposal...don't give Austin beauty to the developers. We know how they don't take the environment or traffic effect into consideration. Austin city Council needs to annex and do an environmental study.
