This are around Bull Creek is sensitive. The old Spicewood Springs Road is a small two lane road. The area is primarily residential.

We do not want to distroy the bullcreek green belt...spicewood springs road is already narrow and has canyon vista middle school along. We want to keep our kids safe by not having extra traffic. Also, we paid premium price for our home 2 years ago for the beautiful nature's preserve...we don't want as ny such development in our neck of the woods...everything is not about economy...one got to realize!!

Where will the traffic run when the low water crossing is closed? Up Yaupon through the neighborhood? Really??

This lication would best be left undeveloped and annexed as park/greenbelt. It is not a suitable location for a hotel, due to increased traffic patterns, environmentalconcerns and destruction of the shere beauty if that area

Bull Creek is an environmentally sensitive part of the Austin area. Most recent attempts to develop along it have failed, and across the road from this property is a Balcones Wildlife Preserve. We need no major man-made intrusions here.

This area is environmentally fragile. Recent single family developments have already endangered this area effecting the Bull Creek, wildlife and the entire geographic area around Bull Creek between Loop 360 to 183 to Jollyville Rd. For more information please contact me. I have lived out here since 1964.

This is a lovely space in Austin that should be preserved. A hotel will bring too much traffic.

This is not a compatible use on an environmental sensitive site with restricted access and traffic congestion.
