I do not believe this environmentally sensitive area can handle such a development without oversight and impact study. Thank you.

Please DO NOT allow a Hotel to be built on this site. This will disturb the preschool and the nature preserve and will bring unwanted traffic and be an eyesore.

This is a scenic drive that should not be disturbed.

My daughter attends pre-school across this property in a beautiful outdoor setting. This development will ruin the character of this lovely country road.

The County should realize the environmental impact of this project. this site is beautiful and treasured site. Don't we have enough hotels in downtown and all over. It would be a shame lose this.

Not a good idea.

It's hard to believe something so absurd is even up for discussion. Please keep this area undeveloped and safe for our children and the environment!

terrible idea

I'm sure this has been said but beyond all the obvious problems with an 11 story hotel in this beautiful area, I sure hope the guests enjoy staying put! When it rains there is no going in or out of this area with all the low water crossings...terrible terrible idea!

The road already can not handle the traffic plus the low water crossings flood several times a year preventing emergency services from reasonable access.

This project requires a much higher bar of review and due diligence.

This will change, ruin everything about the area that people currently enjoy. No thanks. Stay downtown, at the Domain or in Lakeway/Bee Cave.

I continue to plea that the Austin City Council act as a caring and responsible steward for our city rather than as an agent for developers. Pls protect this land

Preserve that precious area from over development

This is a small but lovely area that does not need this type of development. It will bring more traffic, as well as potentially damaging the environment of this already fragile area.
