Old Spicewood Springs Rd. is one of the few natural areas left in Austin, floods et all. Consider the impact of another commercial enterprise on a road enjoyed for it's rural beauty.

I hope you are not just a "petitions company" looking to promote causes primarily for your own financial gain. You have not submitted anything verifying the company that allegedly wants to build this 11 story hotel on Old Jolleyville Road.

Please stop this development. The area surrounding the property is extremely environmentally sensitive, and is also prone to flooding. This is a disaster waiting to happen. We request that the city stop the proposed hotel and conduct an annexation assessment and impact evaluation.
