This would be a traffic and ecological disaster. Please do not allow it.

the proposed building at 6315 Spicewood Springs Rd. needs much more research before it moves ahead.

I live one block from 360 in Lakewood. My days are now planned around the horrendous traffic jams several times a day on that stretch. I agree wholeheartedly!

Please keep this area pristine and protect what's left of our fragile environment surrounding the parkland. We don't need more traffic on this part of the road either!
Thank you.

I can’t beleive this project is under consideration. Bull creek is a stones throw away and adding traffic/development to the area will endanger the wildlife who live in the green belt.

I think a hotel will be a nice addition to the neighborhood.

No Hotel on 360! I've lived here and traveled 360 everyday since 1985. So sad to see these areas developed. Please stop!

I almost fainted when I heard what our "green" city council did to promote its image! A hotel…really? Stop development along the Bull Creek corridor. It is perfect as it is, no people improvements needed!!!!!! Nature has done a perfect job! Thank you!!!

The flash floods alone make this a terrible idea, let alone the traffic and attempting to keep our area beautiful and quiet. Please, please reconsider and keep the hotels downtown.

Hwy 360 already has more traffic than it can handle. Please keep those last few green areas green!

We do not need additional traffic in this area. There are plenty of hotels in Austin. This area should be preserved. A hotel on this little road is a bad idea. Especially when we have heavy rains. The roads close down.
Please don’t ruin the Devine nature of this city anymore with buildings.
