We the citizens of Concord, CA. and surrounding cities oppose of the placement of Fraisure E. Smith in Concord, CA.
With already 124 REGISTERED sex offenders on our streets we do not need another. Please help us keep our neighborhoods safe for our children and families, do not place Fraisure E. Smith or any more sex offenders in our neighborhoods and/or on our streets. We ask that the honorable Judge Arvid H. Johnson of Solano Superior Court reject Fraisure Smith's petition for placement in Concord, CA. or our neighbor cities

I am a resident of Concord with two teen-age daughters. This poses a grevious threat to their safety in their own backyard as well as and many other children.

Why is the state paying rent for a convict??? I haven't done anything wrong want to pay my rent?????
