I think adding a drive thru at this spot would make the traffic horrendous. The light for a left turn when going north on El Dorado Hills Blvd at Saratoga Way already backs up at certain times of the day. What if 100 cars per hour are trying to turn left?

I am the trustee for my mother's property at 3913 Hills Court. The master bedroom is on the second floor and would look right down to the drive up window at Chic-fil-a. The noise from a speaker would directly impact the quality of sleeping in this bedroom during hours it would be open. This is not a good location for a fast food restaurant.

No drive-thru especially this one that plans on being open past 10:00 pm (as stated in the Mitigated Negative Declaration noise section) at night.

Though I am not a resident, I frequent EDH businesses multiple times a week including Steve Wallen, Nugget Market, and Selland’s. The traffic a drive thru restaurant would bring to an already congested on/offramp would be enough to make me consider taking my business elsewhere.

Imagine a fast food drive-thru as the beacon of the entrance to our community and County. The left turn lane into a neighborhood area fails to handle the traffic...the wise Planning Commission approved 2009 plan "intended as a neighborhood facility" with shops. Broken promises. The "gold mine" fast food may rank over neighborhood​ safety.

This complex appears too small for a drive thru with the rest of the businesses there as well. Across the street, Jack in the Box shares with Shell gas station and no other businesses and Taco Bell has a drive thru but there parking lot/area is separate.

No drive thru!
