I think adding a drive thru at this spot would make the traffic horrendous. The light for a left turn when going north on El Dorado Hills Blvd at Saratoga Way already backs up at certain times of the day. What if 100 cars per hour are trying to turn left?

This violates the approved master plan. Also the turn pockets on NB EDH Blvd is too small for the upcoming housing development and the proposed fast food restaurants.

I do not live in Park Village but I live in Serrano. All the same, but with myself and my neighbors are against this drive-through bring in more traffic into our area not to mention More undesirable “visitors”!

Any high traffic business like chick filet would create massive traffic jam in the intersction. Now that the roadway is being built to access Bidwell from Saratoga, there would be traffic increase thru here. Add to that a popular fast food to bring extra taxes to the city, we would have a nightmare in the area.
please plan this fast food location on a better designed area.

The amount of traffic off the highway seems to be getting worse and now access road to Chick-fil-A is so poorly designed. Who approved this??

We do do not want another drive through at the entrance to our villages. We do not need more transient vehicles, increased pollution, and trash. We want a walkable neighborhood that promotes a healthy lifestyle to pass on to future generations.
So Serrano has a beautiful park like entrance, Town Center is also another gathering place, no we do not want a drive through!!!

I live in a neighborhood adjacent to this planned fast food place. My neighborhood is already a dumping ground for fast food wrappers, empty beer cans, broken booze bottles, marijuana containers, spray paint and whipped cream cans used for "huffing", stolen mail, stolen packages and tire marks left on the way out. These are with the fast food places 1/2-1 mile away. Last thing we need is dragging more people off the highway to dump in my neighborhood.

Please no drive-thru in the Saratoga project. I don't oppose development of the property but a drive-thru of any kind is out of the question. Traffic, parking, noise, congestion - and many other problems too numerous to list!

I just moved to Platt Circle and DO NOT want a chick-fil-a disaster near us. I do not want the traffic, odors, trash, dangers, or to ruin the natural and beautiful area. There are already many fast food drive thrus and dining establishments all around the area. We are not a truck stop for tourists and do not want to put our children in danger of more cars and pollution.

I am the trustee for my mother's property at 3913 Hills Court. The master bedroom is on the second floor and would look right down to the drive up window at Chic-fil-a. The noise from a speaker would directly impact the quality of sleeping in this bedroom during hours it would be open.
This is not a good location for a fast food restaurant.
