This area is agriculture, few residents. No need for commercial development here.

Please reconsider this proposal. Not a good idea at all. We do not need a gas station here. There are plenty of them in town .

May seem selfish but I do not want this development in my back yard. Please reconsider.

Please reconsider this action. We do not want to live next door to this development. Not in the residential areas best interest.

NO GAS STATION OR STRIP MALL ON PLUM CREEK AND LAKE GULCH. WE MOVED HERE TO ENJOY OPEN SPACES. WE DONT NEED ANYMORE GAS STATIONS OR STRIPMALLS. THERE ARE ENOUGH IN CR NOW.

As a resident of lake gulch, I would be heartbroken to see this go in here. Let us all have the last little bit of our piece and quiet. Thats why we all live out here in the first place.

PLEASE do not ruin every piece of land in this town, this area especially does NOT need a strip mall and there are gas stations up the street.

Don’t turn Castle Rock into another Denver suburb! Keep as much of this beautiful land as pure as it can be!

Stop building please!!! Your ruining the beauty of this town. We moved here from Littleton to get away from all the construction and building everywhere. I dont understand how anyone could live with themselves knowing they are destroying the beautiful nature of this world. Enough please
