This area is agriculture, few residents. No need for commercial development here.

I think it should go somewhere else, that land is beautiful

As a resident of lake gulch, I would be heartbroken to see this go in here. Let us all have the last little bit of our piece and quiet. Thats why we all live out here in the first place.

No gas station on plum creek and lake filch. The neighborhood is quiet we don't need to invite crime to our neighborhood.

PLEASE do not ruin every piece of land in this town, this area especially does NOT need a strip mall and there are gas stations up the street.

Don’t turn Castle Rock into another Denver suburb! Keep as much of this beautiful land as pure as it can be!

Please don’t add more shopping to our CR, we want the small town feel back.

Don’t need anymore gas stations, liquor stores or fast food in CR

Stop building please!!! Your ruining the beauty of this town. We moved here from Littleton to get away from all the construction and building everywhere. I dont understand how anyone could live with themselves knowing they are destroying the beautiful nature of this world. Enough please
