Just NO. It makes no sense at all to build ANYTHING commercial at Plum Creek and Lake Gulch. STOP the senseless and greedy development.

We definitely don’t want or need all that development. The reason many of us moved to Castle Rock was for the open spaces and seeing livestock, not more and more development in these spaces.

not a commercial area! We need to keep the areas we have that make this a smaller town feel and not a urban development

There are so many reasons not to put one there. Not only do we have 4 within a 5 minute drive, but it will take away from the beautiful "country road feel" that Lake Gulch has. Nothing about this plan makes sense

Traffic is bad enough. I love the open spaces, that we're losing to development. Keep the open space, there is plenty of development elsewhere.

Weve attended the initial meeting about this. ALL the neighbors who attended were against this commercial development!! Is the town Planning Comission listening at ALL???
