I have been hearing from so many of you about the lack of representation at the airport. It is clear that we are all feeling the same frustration with the current leadership. I am preparing to bring these concerns directly to the union officials to demand a change for our workplace.

Seeing this momentum grow proves that I am not the only one feeling ignored by leadership. This response validates exactly what I have been saying about the neglect we face on the job every day.

As a fellow shop steward, I strongly disagree with Bruce Youngs choice of words towards our screening officers. Seems Bruce has made it his mission to make these events worse. Openly threating employees online is not acceptable.
Get him out of there! He is never at work and you never see him. He always fights against us and he is always negative!!
he's not a good shoo steward since he most likely defends the company than his fellow co-workers and he is so rude at times too
I dont need a union rep who can't stand up for people he should be standing up for..
He has slandered, bullied, threatened and stalked us SONS in the name of the Union. His actions are not at all appropriate or called for.
Hey guys could the administrator of this page remove the Company name Garda World off the title please and thank you.

The level of inappropriate and unprofessional behaviour from this person that is supposed to be a union rep for us is beyond acceptable. The insults, slander, threats, and bullying have to stop. Thank you for doing this Ian
