I would respectfully request that the planning commission and board of supervisors keep the zoning as it is for the C-98/589 Corridor. The current zoning is very appropriate for the proximity to residential subdivisions.

Please we don't want another Walmart. We have one that is convenient right down the road. Why put in anothe one so close. That just doesn't make any sense.

Inadequate traffic infrastructure. Undermines protective existing zoning already in place. SAMs, Walmart, target, and Walmart super enter Columbia are enough big box retail. This area is residential and small business friendly. This is NOT a need for "access" to volume shopping.
