I welcome additional retail locations within our county but in the appropriate location. To build such a place as Walmart right outside of a major neighborhood will lower property values by adding to unwanted traffic in the area in addition to lighting, waste products, etc.

To the planning and zoning committee as well as our supervisors, please vote NO for a Big Box retailer of any kind in the heart of so many subdivisions. Our roads can not handle the dangerous traffic. We do not have enough deputies to take care of the crime that comes with Big Box Retail! And, I know of no one that wants their property value to go down. Please don't be the 5 people that ruin our great community....it is all in your hands.

there are major traffic concerns on this section of 98 as well as the concern for a large commercial development in close proximity to several large residential communities.

I am opposed to changing the zoning for large Big box development. We currently have a grocery store,pharmacy & gas stations in the immediate area with the current Walmart 3 miles away. There is no need for this & it will only add extreme congestion & noise & light pollution. Adamantly NO to this addition.
