Inappropriate to be located in a residential area, you need to think about future zoneing. Plan for a future not just immediate tax dollars. Plan a community people want to live in and not peice meal our lives and then complain about what happens !!! Hire city planners and develop for growth !!! You had our votes but you will not have them again !!

This is a very inappropriate location to even consider putting a store of this type. There are more appropriate locations. Why would you even consider changing the zoning to allow this next to such a large residential area?

I would appreciate your vote AGAINST rezoning in the property on Hwy 98 west for BIG BOX business. I am firmly against this as are my neighbors.

There is no community need for this type of store. Currently there is one located 3.8 miles to the east, 23 miles to the west, and plenty of NON-RESIDENTIAL hwy frontage to the west. This type of store could be located in a more appropriate area such as the area where the new Ford dealership is being constructed approximately 1-2 miles west of this location on Hwy 98.

This type of business of this size is not appropriate for this location in a residential area. There are other locations close by that are more appropriate.

We don't need another Wal-mart. The two we have are dirty, the customer service is horrible and the associates have no idea about anything when you ask for help.
