We, as residents of the Borough of Allendale, formally petition and request the Governing Body to enact an ordinance to permit lighting for athletic and program events at Northern Highlands Regional High School for all days of the week not to exceed 10:00 PM and to permit said lighting to extend to a height of 72 feet.

The momentum behind this request is finally reaching the people who have the power to change our current ordinances. It has been an exhausting push to get this far but seeing this level of backing keeps me going.

The lights are fine. My kids play and it sucks driving all the way to other towns just to see a home game.
Finally!! Its about time we had real Friday night lights here. Just let them finish the game if it runs a little long.

If games extend past 10:00PM due to unscheduled delays, they should be permitted to complete the game past 10:00pm
