We the undersigned, residents of Caterham on the Hill, recognise thatas a community we bear the brunt of new housing development in Tandridgesince most of the rest of the District is protected by the Green Belt. Accordingly, we firmly request that the planning gain (Community Infrastructure Levy, New Homes Bonus etc) which these developments secure MUST be spent in the communitythat bears that burden,and not used to support other areas or be used to balance the Council budget.
