The momentum is undeniable now. It is time for the council to see where the community stands.

It should be spent in the local area because it is that community that has endured the inconvenience and will suffer the reduction of services that are available for that area. These monies should come to Caterham not Oxted area which always seems to come out on top when decisions of this nature have to be made. The over development of Caterham area far outweighs what has happened in Oxted over a number of years.
Its only fair. We suffer the building work for years so we should see some benefit in the area where we actually live.
Enough is enough. Caterham keeps getting all the houses while the money just disappears elsewhere. Keep it local for once.
TANDRIDGE DISTRICT COUNCIL ARE PATHETIC. WE GET THE TRAFFIC AND THE OVERCROWDING BUT OXTED GETS ALL THE PERKS. THIS NEEDS TO STOP RIGHT NOW
Our schools and roads are already struggling. If they force this development on us then at least use the cash to fix the mess it creates.

Of course communities must benefit from any developments forced upon them in their area.
It should be spent in the local area because it is that community that has endured the inconvenience and will suffer the reduction of services that are available for that area. These monies should come to Caterham not Oxted area which always seems to come out on top when decisions of this nature have to be made.
