NGHS dress code

It is ridiculous to wait until two weeks before school starts to release a new dress code when all of my and many other students school clothes have already been purchased. Instead of taking the extreme and making a new dress code, the old one should be enforced more strictly instead of changing it and getting rid of every pair of pants teen girls wear now.

The issue is a social one in which we need to develop a society in which we teach men to respect women.

The male classmates should be able to focus no matter what the girls are wearing. They have bo restrictions and we do? That just isn't fair.

This is not fair , we should be able to wear what we want and not be controled by someone becausr of a false reason

Totally unfair. Unless they want to buy me a new wardrobe then I'll wear what I own

I agree, instead of letting ladies express theirselves in the common way of clothing, administration holds us back. We hide behind the proper attire also known as the "dress code". But every good thing comes to an end. 2016-2017 school year calls for a change #breaktherules #srynotsry

I believe that if a girl wishes to dress comfortably and not look like she just came off the street she should be allowed to wear leggings

Telling girls to "cover up" just as puberty hits teaches them that bodies are inappropriate, dangerous, violable, distracting, subject to constant including by the adults they trust. Nor does it help them understand the culture's role in their wardrobe choices

We loose the right to comfort so that immature and overly hormonal guys won't be distracted, doesn't seem quite like an even trade.
