We are petitioning for a new canine addition to our family. This family has never been without a dog. We do not wish to start now. There is a huge hole left in our heart from the 3 pet deaths we have experienced in the past year. This hole longs to be filled with fur. We understand that there are sacrifices and expenses involved. We also believe the payout in unconditional love and reduction in stress level to be worth the sacrifice and expense. This new addition will help to further teach our daughter what it means to evaluate your desires and turn them into goals to reach, as this petition was her idea. She wants a dog to call her very own. One she can teach, take on walks, and bury her face in their fur to cry her eyes out, if she so wishes. She desires a companion that she can take with her as she ages and becomes an adult. We believe this petition to be reasonable. We hereby agree to request only one canine addition to the family. Please sign if you are in support of this petition.
The house feels far too quiet lately and your signatures are proving that we are not the only ones missing a dog. Send this link to three people who know how much a pup changes a home. We are still working on showing the decision makers that this is a priority.

The momentum behind this request is proving that we are not the only ones who know the value of a dog in this home. Send the link to three of your friends right now and tell them why a new pup belongs here. Post this on your Facebook page to help us keep the pressure on.

Three losses in one year is just heartbreaking. A home feels so empty without a dog. You guys deserve a new furry friend.
