Allow me a moment to introduce myself, my name is Troy Hutchinson and I currently live here in Lancaster. For those of you familiar with the fitness community in Lancaster then you've probably heard of me before as I've trained at almost every gym in town & Fitness has been an important component of my life for over 6 years now. A Lifelong passion of mine has always been to open a gym that I could call home and help people reach their Fitness goals regardless of what they may be!

We live in a society where we're surrounded by marketing gimmicks and false claims of products that will give you your "dream body" with very little work. The truth of the matter is that ultimately achieving your dream body comes down to making sure your diet & training are in check relative to your body type, goals, age etc... I feel there's not enough of a support system at most gyms and that's where I'd come in and do something different. We'd be a facility that prides itself on every member helping each other as in the end we're all striving towards the same goals. If you plan on coming here then you best leave your Negativity at the door because absolutely ZERO BS will be tolerated. We're a friendly facility who's main focus is setting & achieving goals!

With a new gym would come some amenities such as:

1- New Equipment

2- Locker Rooms & Tanning Available

3- Multiple Classes Tailored To Different Activites

4- Personal Training Available Along With Full Nutritional Coaching & Meal Plans

5- Someone Always Available To Answer Any Questions You May Have

6- Selfie Room With Good Lighting (Cmon Now It's A Good Idea =D)

7- Child Care

8- Many More Ideas To Come

So just to be clear on this petition. There's no obligation on signing this whatsoever or no monetary contribution required either. I'm simply shopping around to get approved for a business/investor loan to get this thing started & every signature showing interest helps immensely! I debated for a while on doing this but quite honestly I figured that if I didn't chase my dreams then I'd live the rest of my life wondering "What If?".
