This is not good for our community. I doubt seriously there has been any serious thought given to this and certainly no plans to improve infrastructure in the area. Gov't is never proactive only reactive.

This is a very bad idea. The traffic is already too heavy for this area think about the surge of crime this will bring to our area. I urge the county officials to deny permission for this project. It will negatively affect our area. This project needs to go somewhere else.

There’s way too much traffic along 53 now, plus renters don’t pay toward school taxes so us homeowners end up paying for their kids even when we don’t have any children of our own.

I do not want the crime and property devaluation that this complex will bring, let alone the additional traffic. It's a very very bad idea. Just put in a traffic light and leave us alone over here.

This development will drastically increase the time it takes for residents traveling east on 53 to reach I-85. I do not support this!
