New Cut Traffic

I just moved here from Alpharetta to get away from this kind of thing and they want to build an apartment complex right next door? Hell no! I want people who will actually care about the area and their neighbors to live here, not hundreds of random renters, coming and going, clogging up the roads and killing any sense of community.

Jackson County does not have the necessary emergency services to support this kind of growth- nor are the roads in the area designed to handle the traffic this will bring at this time.

rentals bring crime into the area. Traffic is bad enough as it is.

Terrible idea!! We would be better off with another warehouse!!

Don’t need low income housing driving property values down for neighboring houses.

Smart development is what we need. Let’s not become another gwinnett.

this interesection can't handle any additional traffic. Between the semis, dump trucks, Amazon trucks, FedEx trucks and everything else on the road it would be major travesty.

Multifamily rental property are not what we in Jackson county or Braselton are needing. We need nice restaurants and upscale retail. Stop with the warehouses and apartments.

Stop the building until you fix the traffic problems on Hwy 53

We don't need this. It will cause more traffic and decrease our home values. I say NO!

We purchased a newly constructed home in 2017 that has helped push home values up in this area of Braselton. We do not want our home devalued by a rental home development such as this.

We need a lot more infrastructure before we go building more in Jackson County

This area is already way too congested and is not safe in terms of traffic. To add to this would be ludicrous without a plan to also address the level of current traffic and any new traffic that would be created.

That is a very bad intersection to begin with. You are pushing people that help grow Braselton to love elsewhere with all the over growth in that area.

There is already way too much dangerous traffic in the Braselton area. Let’s keep what we still have left of small town Braselton small.
