This petition goes out to all fans of CIV, Gorilla Biscuits, Youth of Today and Quicksand. CIV is getting back together for at least one show on September 7th at the Webster Hall in New York City and at least some fans have been expecting them to tour extensively or release a new album. They've been back together off and on since 2008, but they've never made any new material. Please, Anthony, Charlie, Arthur and Sammy, make a new album, do it for your fans. It's been 14 years since we last heard any new material from CIV.
