I am a huge fan of Alien and Aliens everything else even Ridley Scott's Alien prequels are just plan trash. When someone like Neill Blomkamp thought of the right story for the character of Ellen Ripley and giving that character a proper ending.....thus having Alien 3 and Alien Resurrection as bad dreams was just a damn good idea! You have to give some credit to Neill Blomkamp because he was the only person that thought of the right story for the character of Ellen Ripley. Everyone else had given up on the character of Ellen Ripley because the character is so hard to write. But yeah too the executives at Fox you guys need to give Neill Blomkamp this movie. I believe that this would be a hit for the studio. Please make Alien 5.

After the Avatar sequels are finished filming. Fox should just proceed with Neill Blomkamp's Alien 5 and take the Alien prequels of the production table. By all means please let Blomkamp do his Alien 5. I trust Neill Blomkamp over Ridley Scott.

Alien: Covenant was awful, just a rehash of the first Alien intermixed with fragments of Prometheus. As a result the Alien universe shrunk to the god complex of an evil android. There is no mystery anymore, no "alieness". Instead of going back they should have gone forward and Blomkamp seemed to have a good idea. So please let him do it instead of Alien: Awakening.

Ridley Scott has ****** up this franchise with the Alien prequels. No more prequels......Fans demand Alien 5 and the executives at Fox have no idea what the hell they are doing with this franchise anymore. At least Neill Blomkamp was welling to fix the franchise so you guys at Fox have to give the man some credit.

Me personally I would have rather seen what Blomkamp had in stored for the franchise. I loved the idea of Ripley, Hicks, Newt and Bishop all waking up in a different time line after Aliens. But honestly Ridley Scott did not please me at all with Alien Covenant. I think what Fox needs too do in order to make this franchise work again is going back to the original roots by having Sigourney Weaver's Ripley in one last Alien film and just wrap everything up.

WE DON'T WANT ANY MORE PREQUELS. WE WANT ALIEN 5 WITH SIGOURNEY WEAVER AND MICHAEL BIEHN. WHY CAN'T THE EXECUTIVES AT FOX UNDER STAND THAT??? YOU GUYS AT FOX ARE WASTING YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I HEAR SOME FANS THAT I KNOW ARE SAYING " I AM NOT SEEING THE THIRD ALIEN PREQUEL." SOME OF MY FRIENDS SAY THE SAME THING. ME AND MY FRIENDS AGREE THAT FOX SHOULD HAVE DONE ALIEN 5 RATHER THAN THE ALIEN PREQUELS. THINK ABOUT IT......NEILL BLOMKAMP WAS THE ONLY PERSON WHO THOUGHT OF THE RIGHT STORY FOR RIPLEY. ANY WAY FOX IF YOU CONTINUE WITH THE ALIEN PREQUELS YOU WILL BE LETTING DOWN ALOT OF FANS......WHO SIMPLY WANT ALIEN 5!!!! WHAT EVER CHOICE YOU MAKE FOX, THE ALIEN FRANCHISE'S FUTURE IS IN YOUR HANDS. PLEASE RECONSIDER ALIEN 5!!!!!

If Jamie Lee Curtis can return as Laurie Strode in next years Halloween sequel, plus it's supposed to ignore all the other sequels including Halloween H20: Twenty Years Later and the terrible Halloween Resurrection. Then why can't they let Sigourney Weaver return as Ellen Ripley in one final film? Damn Fox ruins everything for the fans who are trying their very best to get Fox's attention to have them go with this movie.

How could you take thi stupid covenant over a movie where Sigourney Weaver and Michael Biehn would return? What are you wating for? You make the same mistake which Star Wars made, you wait to long for the sequel until the actors become to old! Stop waiting, quot this prequel shame and START TO MAKE THIS DAMN MOVIE!!! I'd say screw all those fans that loved Alien 3. This would have been the "Alien 3" fans wanted for a lot of years after Aliens. Having Ripley, Hicks, Newt, and Bishop back for Alien 5 would be an amazing thing too see. Believe me Alien 3 and Alien Resurrection did go off the rails of the franchise just like Blomkamp had said before he is trying to fix the franchise and not making it worse. Besides that Alien 3 and Alien Resurrection won't be scrapped from the franchise. Sigourney had said "It's just you know what path forks off to Alien 3, another path goes off to Alien Resurrection and another path goes off to Neill's film." I love the way how Sigourney phrased that. What about that Alien Covenant? grrrrrr they really missed up that story!!!! Well I must say this has been a roller coaster ride up and down with the Alien franchise over the years. I just hope that the executives at Fox does carry on with Alien 5! Because Alien 5 would be a truly amazing sequel.

Dear Neill Blomkamp if you are reading this....please man don't give up on Alien 5. I think you are a terrific director I am a fan of Sci-Fi too. I loved District 9 and Chappie. But hey you were the one and only person that thought of the perfect story for a proper end of Ellen Ripley played by the amazing Sigourney Weaver. I have a lot of faith Fox needs to let you have this movie it would totally rule all the other Alien films. The executives at Fox please give Alien 5 to Mr. Blomkamp I believe he can save this franchise.
