Ridley Scott needs a Ripley connection in order for his doomed Alien prequels to work.

Fox Executives PLEASE ditch the prequels starring David. Blomkamp's Alien 5 pitch to scrap Alien 3 and Alien Resurrection with Ripley, Hicks, Newt and Bishop was the perfect new direction. Give this franchise to Neill Blomkamp! you guys at Fox should have done that from the start!

Ridley Scott needs to step away and let Neill Blomkamp to continue the original Alien franchise with Alien 5. Neill has fresh new ideas than Ridley Scott. Plus Blomkamp can fix where Alien 3 and Alien Resurrection went wrong. Also Ridley Scott is only making Alien movies for himself and he is not thinking at all about the fans. The Executives at Fox please support and bring back Alien 5!!!

The Executives at Fox. Sigourney Weaver still can play Ellen Ripley. So let's step Ridley Scott aside and make Neill Blomkamp's Alien 5 and bring back Michael Biehn as Hicks, Lance Henricksen as Bishop, and possibility Carrie Henn as Newt. If you have Sigourney Weaver and Michael Biehn re-introduced back into the Alien franchise, I know you would have a successful movie on the table. Unlike Alien Covenant was.

If Linda Hamilton can save The Terminator franchise, and Jamie Lee Curtis and save Halloween franchise. Why can't Sigourney Weaver return to save Alien? Fox please do this movie!

Why is Fox so hung up about not doing this movie? This would be a major hit for the studio keeping Alien 5 on hold (Not Cancelled) like many fans thought doesn't help the fans any. The executives at Fox please if you truly care about the fans please put Alien 5 back on the production table like one of the fans on here said......please we really want to see Sigourney Weaver finish Ripley's story in one final film. Since Jamie Lee Curtis is returning for one last Halloween. Why not have Sigourney back for one last Alien sequel. WE ARE ALL WAITING FOR THIS MOVIE!!!!

In my opinion, since Alien 5 is going to give Ripley a proper end. Why not continue the stories of Newt and Hicks in Alien 6 and possibility Alien 7, I think that would be awesome too see I am all for Alien 6 and 7 in the original franchise. I agree with one of the fans one here though Prometheus and Alien Covenant just don't work......not at all. Please continue the franchise with Alien 5, 6, and 7. I believe all 3 films would make up for the mistake of both Prometheus and Alien Covenant.

Alien 5,6 and 7 would be great to see, they should base them on the works Dark Horse Comics who I thought did well with the darkness of the first 2 films. Prometheus and covenant just don't work

Who is Ridley Scott trying to impress? I tell you what not me. After 2 failed films Prometheus and Alien Covenant. Prometheus and Alien Covenant both were horrible Sci-Fi films. Both films had bad acting, bad scripts, no character development (the only character that had development was Dr. Shaw, and they had to kill off her character in Alien Covenant.) Then the big reveal at the end of Alien Covenant was not that hard to figure out. I truly believe that Ridley Scott was making up Alien Covenant as he went on making the film, because this exactly was not a film many fans were expecting. Admit it Ridley Scott changed the title from Alien Paradise Lost to Alien Covenant. The Alien Covenant art work poster did not have anything too do with Alien Covenant. The executives at Fox should bring back Neill Blomkamp's Alien 5 with Sigourney Weaver and finish Ripley's story and just wrap everything up.

a) Let R. Scott make the next film to connect to the first film
b) Then, please make film #5
c) However, how does 'Alien 3' fit into this new script ? To me, it should stay legitimate to connect the dots...
