I just don't understand all the hate with Neill Blomkamp's film. Everyone thought oh yeah Alien Covenant is going to be a hit, and when it didn't all the fans complained, and now saying "Alien Covenant was a mess Ridley Scott screwed the franchise." Now fans are saying "Fox should go with Alien 5." Now there is a large fan base who wants Neill Blomkamp's Alien 5 too happen. We need Ripley back and passing the torch to Newt. Fox needs to commit too Blomkamp's Alien 5 in order to save this franchise.

Fox should go with Neill Blomkamp and Sigourney Weaver for Alien 5 because that was money for the studio and a lot of fans will go to the theaters too see it. It was the story that had fans talking about the Alien franchise again. This new direction that Ridley Scott is going with the third Alien prequel is just a bad idea Ridley Scott saying "The aliens are basically done" and focusing the story on David and artificially intelligent entities. My question is how is the third alien prequel going to connect with the 1979's Alien????? This is just going too be a mess of a film and fans are already complaining. Ridley Scott's return to the Alien franchise made it worse for a lot of fans. Fox should let Neill Blomkamp in and just let Ridley Scott go.

I am a major fan of Sigourney Weaver! She is just so amazing! I would love too see her back in her role as Ellen Ripley in one final Alien film that made her famous.

The third Alien prequel in Ridley Scott's Alien prequel trilogy is going too be a mess and a big time fail. Ridley Scott says there won't be any aliens in the third prequel, and he says " The Aliens are done." Instead he is doing to focus on the character of David and focus on artificially intelligent entities. WHAT IS THIS GUY THINKING?!?!?! Fox many fans are already complaining were this story is going. WE NEED NEILL BLOMKAMP'S ALIEN 5!!!!

Too everyone at Fox we need Neill Blomkamp's Alien 5 this would be the best sequel in the entire franchise along side with Jim Cameron's Aliens. I like Blomkamp's ideas better than Ridley Scott. We need Neill Blomkamp. Plus we need Sigourney Weaver too finish off Ripley's story properly. Neill Blomkamp's Alien 5 would be a true sequel in the franchise......2 awesome movies Alien and Aliens in the franchise followed by others that failed. I would go to the theaters more than once to see Blomkamp's Alien 5 and when it comes to Blu-ray/DVD I would buy at least 5 copies that is how much I care about Blomkamp's Alien 5. Fox we need this respect the fans and give us Blomkamp's sequel.

I GREW UP on this franchise.. It was the starting point for my art career, my universe REVOLVES around Aliens, Jurassic Park and Jaws. These were what built my relationship with my father and gave us something to bond over. This franchise IS MY LIFE and I NEEEEEEEEEDS it.. I WANT HICKS BACK!!! WE KNEW HE SURVIVED IN COLONIAL MARINES AND YES THE GAME SUCKED BUT I BOUGHT IT TO SHOW MY SUPPORT FOR MY BELOVED FRANCHISE! I LOVED ISOLATION, INFESTATION AND JUST EVERYTHING ALIENS!! THIS MOVIE NEEDS TO BE MADE SO MY CHILDREN CAN BOND OVER THIS NERDGASM OF A MASTERPIECE WITH ME!!

I totally agree 100% with one of the fans on here. Yes Ridley Scott did fail with Alien Covenant. We need Neill Blomkamp's Alien 5 to finish off Ripley's story properly. Aliens is the best in the franchise and it will always be! I believe that Blomkamp's Alien 5 will rule all the other films in the franchise. Alien Covenant and Ridley Scott...sorry but you failed. Finish your prequel trilogy and connect it to Alien but step aside because the best movie of the entire franchise (Aliens) deserves the sequel we never got. Even Sigourney Weaver feels Ripley's story wasn't finished properly. Fox needs to respect her, the entire fanbase and give us Blomkamp's sequel to the greatest movie ever made. Thank you Jim Cameron for Aliens...only wish you could get on board much like you are doing with a Terminator sequel that follows Judgement Day and almost forgets the others that sent the franchise spiralling out of control. I see big comparisons with both these franchises....2 great movies followed by total garbage. I would go cinema 10 times to see a proper Aliens sequel!

My Alien 5 cast; Sigourney Weaver (Ellen Ripley), Michael Biehn (Hicks) Lance Henricksen (Bishop), Jennifer Lawrence (Newt) or possible Carrie Henn. The Weyland Corp leader. should be lead by a strong female
I would suggest casting Eliza Dushku as the leader of Weyland Corp. and of course have some men along with her when things really gets ugly with the Aliens. Well that's my dream cast of Alien 5 I hope the fans like it but if not then oh well. Too the executives at Fox fans really want Alien 5 to happen! fans are working very hard too get your attention! Even though the Alien prequel trilogy does not make any sense too me none what so ever. I believe that Alien 5 would be a hit for the studio. Alien 5 should be made. Please Fox we were with you since the beginning. You still owe us Alien 5.

I hated Alien Covenant. I am not looking forward for the third prequel either. All I am interested in is seeing Blomkamp's Alien 5 and that's it.
