  • Petition Summary

NCV current challenges:

1. By end of 2019, NCV Reserve was short $300,000

2. At the end of August 2020, 25% of homes did not catch up with their assessment/HOA fee payment. On monthly average, 30 plus homes don't catch up with the assessment payment during the year

3. NCV finance reports showed Legal collection fees was rising from $370 in January 2020 to $2,140 in May and topped at $3,944 in September

3. NCV audit reports showed total $270,000 for legal expenses from 2014 to 2019

4. For financial year 2020, $113,869 uncollectable assessments (bad debts) was written off

NCV needs Solutions to overcome above challenges!

Action petitioned for

  • NCV Board to discuss and work out with HOA Management company and Lawyers on Solutions for NCV to overcome above challenges, and
  • NCV Board to present possible Solutions to homeowners at coming open HOA meeting
