As of November 6, 2015, Alaska,Arizona, Arkansas, Kansas, Maine,Vermont and Wyoming are considered constitutional carry states. Following the tragedy in California I propose that NC become the 8th state to follow suit. We as North Carolininns need to be prepared.

Before I moved to North Carolina I lived in Arizona, a state that doesn't infringe upon its residents 2nd amendment rights, also a state that has way less crime than North Carolina. Less crime because residents of Arizona are not denied their full 2nd amendment rights. I urge to pass Constitutional Carry.
