Newburyport has approximately 17,000 residents, over one third of which live in condo or apartment settings without sizeable yards. Newburyport has 15 official parks, and numerous grassy recreational areas. Many of those parks and grassy areas are used by dogs and their owners

My dog is sick of just walking on the sidewalk. we need a place for them to run off leash without getting yelled at by people who hate dogs.

My golden retriever needs space to burn energy. the current spots are way too small and crowded.
