ive been reading all the messages about how these confusing charges are hitting your bank accounts every month and it honestly makes me so mad. im working on getting a list of these billing issues together to send straight to the regulators so they have to explain why this is happening.

i cant believe how many people feel the same way about these extra charges. its clear everyone is tired of being overbilled and ignored by national grid.

Were in UPSTATE NY. Why should we have to pay for an outrageous delivery fee for just electric? We do not buy gas from NG. These outrageous delivery charges should be directed to the people in areas where the most maintenance is required. Appears to be nothing more than greed, for a company that is a monopoly.
Consistently charged 3 times the gas price for delivery. Last Months Gas supply charge was $85 and National Grid charged an additional $175.63 as delivery charges. This is so unethical.
my bill went from average 300 to $1,119.00 I can not pay this amount and they told me the lowest monthly payment plan they have would be $388.00 a month well I make $8.00 an hour and how can I pay that amount someone needs to do something about them
I received my bill and it is ridiculous how my monthly amout due has jumped. I'm a single woman living on $1300 a month and now you've taken a few items off my grocery list as I simply can't afford it. You are starving us. There has to be another solution to your problem..raising the rates so high is unbearable and inhumane.
I; I'll bet Kathy Hochul doesn't even know what a utility bill LOOKS like!

National grid gave me a 900 dollar bill and I have solar panels! I’ve been trying to dispute the bill but can’t reach a live agent
