As a result of the extensive, numerous, and widespread allegations of scare tactics, threats, fraud, money laundering, tax evasion, and unethical/negligent activities taken by Namvar and Namco Capital we are hereby requesting that all possible current and future court trials relevant to the subject be recorded and televised. We, as a community have been tremendously hurt and impacted by this scandal and bankruptcy and believe that in an effort to piece together the various parts of this puzzle, documenting these important trials will contribute to better understanding and final resolution of the matter. Furthermore, many of us who have been affected by this matter are unable to consistently take off further work and attend each individual hearing and would be able to continue to support our families in addition to still staying up to date with ongoing progress of this matter. Finally, many of us going through these constant battles with the Namvar family and Namco Capital believe that shedding light to their deviant tactics will serve the interest of not only our families, other creditors but also that of the general public. We respectfully request and urge that you allow the recording and televised publication of such relevant hearings and meetings. Thank you!
