LOOK Cinemas believes you should have the choice to see the movie you
want to see where you want to see it. AMC, however, insists that you
shouldn’t have this power.
AMC Theatres opened a new location less than a mile from our theatre and they have pressured others to limit your choices by demanding that new movies play at their location or ours…but not both. This is called “clearance” and it’s an antiquated practice that’s rarely used anymore. Because of their demands, you won’t be able to see American Sniper or Fifty Shades of Grey here at LOOK Cinemas. Because of their size, they just might win this battle.
Since our first day of operation, we have worked hard to give you choice in your movies and your experiences. We’ve worked hard to deliver a superior experience and earn your trust. We’ve never rested on being good enough, having added new seating, expanded menu options, and becoming one of only a handful of theatres in the country to bring classic 70mm film back to the big screen. As a Dallas-based, Texan-operated company, we’ve been a proud part of our community having supported over 200 charities since our opening in 2013.

Texans never shy away from a fight – no matter the odds – and we’re going to keep fighting for your right to choose where you watch movies.
