This is to petition the city and or county of russell ks to rededicate the skate to the memory of My friend Colton Ross Barrera who was murdered 5 years ago while we searched desperately he loves this skate park when he was growing up, it has been where his friends and family gathered everyyear in a silent vigil hoping for his return. Please help me give Colton the attention he would have loved and the respect he deserves.
