I am signing this petition to voice my support of the federal acknowledgement of the Muscogee Nation of Florida by an Act of Congress. I ask that the Senate and House of Representatives take immediate action to pass legislation to recognize this Tribal Government which will enable the membership to share in the rights, benefits, and responsibilities afforded to Indian people across the United States. This Tribe has struggled for justice for over 60 years. It is time for Congress to take action.
