I believe that the old train station is an historic building, so: how could the siding have been changed so drastically and the varied color-shades are so out of key with Dover Center. From the meetings I attended Dunkin' Donuts was supposed to keep the awnings and signage to a minimum! Indeed the building is now offensive beyond belief; much more garish than most Dunkin' Donuts in surrounding towns!

Yes, please be respectful of this small town's preserved understated surroundings and historic buildings and tame the color on this establishment; one which many have already expresssd having strong reservation about seeing in Dover!

I hope we are asking them to do away with the neon sign on the roof as well as the items mentioned above. Thanks for spearheading this! I pray it works!

I'm pretty sure they've built/remodeled other DD or McD's to "fit in" with the locality.

Dover hasn't changed in 100 years, why change it now.

Please write to the Planninf Board and let them know you do not think this is keeping with the character of the neighborhood. There were MANY discussions about the colors at their meetings. I do not think they expected it to look quite like this.

I am a commuter who cuts through dover every day to get to work in the city. I love what I have seen in Dover and am upset your town is being ruined but also the traffic is going to be awful!!! I hope this turns out well for you all!! I will share with friends and family to help the cause.

Please respect the very reasonable wishes of the Dover citizenry, it will serve you well in the long run.

The building need not be a marketing tool covered in signage and garish orange awnings, local residents know that DD will be housed there. Please consider the community and our desire to preserve the understated elegance of our town center.

Please, please show some goodwill to the residents of Dover, by honoring our request to keep the outside signage and colors understated to fit in with the rest of Dover center.

Agree completely. When you find even more DD trash on the roads, pick it up and deliver it to the Dover DD site but don't buy anything.
