Traffic will be a big problem in the AM for people who drive Springdale ....very dangerous pulling in and out there :(

Please keep the building color understated. So many residents are disappointed to see a chain in town, and the increase in traffic is sure to impact us all. A simple change in color seems a reasonable request.

Please keep it understated and blend it in with the existing surroundings. No bright colors or big logos please. I am sure this has been done with other DD elsewhere. There are so few places like Dover remaining in New England.
