We the undersigned formally request that all future Light Rail Transit (LRT) developments within the City of Edmonton be built concurrently with a coinciding Multi-Use trail system and accompanying green belt. Effectively partitioning motorised and non-motorised traffic along these major transit arteries.

Reaching this point has been a long and draining climb but seeing this much support for our trails keeps me going. It is clear that I am not the only one exhausted by the lack of safe access in our city.

it makes no sense to build new transit lines without paths. do it right the first time for once.
