The silence from the school administration remains heavy, yet it reinforces the necessity of our sustained presence. I am currently gathering the individual stories shared in the comments to ensure that Mr Morgan's impact on his students is presented clearly to the board.

Seeing this groundswell of support for Mr Morgan reinforces how much he has shaped lives at Ridgeway. This momentum reflects a community that deeply values the integrity and commitment he brings to his classroom every day.

He helped me so much when I was struggling with my exams. Such a great guy honestly.
Without him the school wont be the same. He connects with the kids in a way no one else does. KEEP HIM.
Mr Morgan is the best teacher at Ridgeway. My son actually enjoys history now because of him. Please dont let him go!
Mr Morgan has done so much for the school. This is just wrong.
Ridgeway is losing the plot. He is a legend. Leave him alone.

Ridgeway getting rid of him is a massive mistake. Fix your priorities.
