Dubay is one of the most respected teachers in Pinckney and he is great for the community. We need more people l like Rob Dubay, not laying them off

I don't have this teacher but all I've heard is that he's amazing at what he does. We need teachers who gave a crap about the students in this high school.

I've only had Dubay as a substitute, and not very often, but if I saw him today I'm positive he'd recognize me. I can't say that about half of the full time teachers I had. To lose this man as part of the staff would only hurt the school.

The only reason I wanted to attend school was because of Mr. Dubay. He was the only teacher that actually cared, and one of the only teachers that I thought actually wanted to be at school and teach. We need more people like him.

Mr. Dubay is a model educator. He has such a way with making connections with students and teaching concepts that make understanding easily attainable. Teaching is truly Mr. Dubay's special niche. When you find a rare gem, you're supposed to treasure it. Pinckney's own rare gem is Mr. Dubay.

Mr. Dubay was one of the best teachers i had when i went to pinckney. He never gave up on trying to help you understand the cirriculum, and he genuinely cared about each and every students education. He would always bring light to everyone who was having a bad day. He should pursue his teaching career so that more students have the chance to meet him and learn from him, it was an honor for me.

I had Mr. Dubay when he was a substitute teacher. Despite the fact that he would stand in for numerous teachers, after having him twice, he knew my name and knew how I was as a student. He has always been concerned about me as a learner. He is a great teacher.

If he is removed from teaching the student body of pchs, it's one step closer for pinckney schools going to complete crap. If the board/whoever hires and let's people go can't see this, pinckney as a district is already fucked.
